    Just went in wondering about an exchange without a receipt. The lady was super helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate me and ended up printing a duplicate receipt so I can exchange a product.

    I try to support this store because it is family owned and operated, plus some of the staff is very helpful... but that lady that is so grouchy should retire.

    Whenever we are in Lacombe we always make a point of stopping at this hardware store. We love variety of items that it carries and the charm this store has over the other big box type stores.
